It was a great day of CrossFit performances by amazing athletes from all over the Pacific Northwest. The athletes gave blood , sweat and a few tears in they’re pursuit of that final rep. We applaud the efforts of each and every one that competed at this years Challenge. Congratulations to all of you!! There are so many people that help put this event together. Thanks to our sponsors for supporting the CrossFit community, Fitness Town, Reebok, Q Energy and Simmer Fine Wine Merchants. And a very special thank you to all of the volunteers that helped us load and unload equipment from the Vancouver gym to West Van, helped setup the event till the wee hours on Friday, then strip it back down so it’s ready for another day of classes tomorrow, took numerous pictures and miles of video for the website, and the judging, scoring, timekeeping that kept the whole thing together. You are all awesome!! We will post the workouts and individual placings asap, but your winners are listed below

The Crossfit BC Summer Challenge, has come back to the West Vancouver location.
The action starts September 10th @ 9am Sharp!
All levels welcome.
There are only have 3 spots left. 2 for Males and 1 for the Females.
Register today - Register Online.

Individuals $50, includes t-shirt.

Lions Gate Bridge limited access on September 10th

Hi Everyone,

Heads up  the RBC GranFondo Whistler is here on the 10th of September.

The race will have thousands of cyclists going across the lions gate bridge for a couple of hours in the morning.

“Stanley Park Causeway and the Lions Gate Bridge – The Causeway and the Lions Gate Bridge will be closed to northbound traffic from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.”

“During this period, motorists are advised to use the Ironworkers Memorial Second Narrows Bridge. One southbound lane of the Lions Gate Bridge and the Causeway will remain open.”
